All materials, frameworks, and resources provided by SelfTransformation369 (including but not limited to the CLIPS Leadership System, courses, PDFs, community resources, and website content) are proprietary and protected by copyright and trademark law.

3. Payments & Refunds

All coaching sessions, programs, courses, and memberships are billed as stated at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in an offer or guarantee.

  • If a program includes a stated guarantee (e.g., 90-Day Results Guarantee), the terms of that guarantee will be honored.

  • Failed or late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For one-on-one coaching sessions:

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

For group programs and courses:

  • Access is provided according to the program schedule. Missed sessions will not be refunded but may be replaced with recordings if available.

5. Limitation of Liability

SelfTransformation369, LLC and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services or participation in coaching.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless SelfTransformation369, LLC, Steven L. Smith, and affiliated coaches from any claims related to your use of services.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared during coaching sessions or through our platform will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Community Guidelines

If you participate in the Valor Circle or any other group program, you agree to:

  • Maintain respect for all members.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior.

  • Follow the structure and guidelines provided by coaches and moderators.

Violations may result in removal from the program or community without refund.

8. Website Use & Cookies

By using this website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt site functionality.
