Steven L. Smith β Founder & Leadership Development Instructor
Steven L. Smith is the founder of SelfTransformation369 and creator of the CLIPS Leadership System, including its curriculum, frameworks, and methodology.
His work draws on more than 30 years of sobriety and decades of experience across mentorship, education, workforce readiness, and personal development.
Steven holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Management from DePaul University and a Masterβs degree in Marketing and Communication from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He also completed graduate-level studies in Education with a concentration in Special Education. He is also a Certified Self-Transformation Coach.
Inside Valor Circle, Steven combines structured leadership development with lived experience to help men build stronger standards, greater self-leadership, and the discipline to put those principles into practice.
Marlon Emery β Community Support Leader & Certified Life Coach
Marlon Emery brings 30 years of sobriety and decades of lived experience grounded in personal growth, wellness, discipline, and service.
He is a Certified Life Coach in Wellness and Mindfulness through the Institute for Life Coach Training, bringing formal training alongside decades of real-world experience.
His perspective is also shaped by a 27-year marriage, a steady professional career, and the discipline required to build and sustain meaningful change.
