The Valor Circle isn’t just another forum.
It’s a mission-driven brotherhood built on the Universal Principles of Manhood — the foundation every man needs to rise:

  • 🔐 Courage & Resilience – We face fear, endure pressure, and choose growth over comfort.

  • 🧭 Leadership & Service – We lead by example, take responsibility, and serve a purpose greater than ourselves.

  • ⚖️ Integrity & Stewardship – We live by our word, honor commitments, and protect what matters.

  • 🎯 Purpose & Calling – We pursue clarity of direction and align our lives with meaning, not distraction.

  • 🛠️ Self-Discipline & Respect – We build daily discipline, respect ourselves and others, and live with consistency.

“This brotherhood gave me the accountability I was missing.”
— James H., Age 27

“I stopped trying to figure life out alone. The Valor Circle changed my mindset.”
— Malcolm R., Father of 2

Why Manhood Matters More Than Ever

Manhood is not a fashion statement. It’s not a hashtag. It’s a timeless calling — passed down through generations, across cultures and continents.

The blueprint for true manhood has never changed: Integrity. Responsibility. Self-Discipline. Courage. Leadership. Resilience. These aren’t “nice-to-haves.” They are the steel in a man’s spine, the compass that keeps him steady in life’s storms.

But today, that clarity has been shaken. Broken homes, shifting roles, and media portrayals have left a generation unsure of what healthy masculinity looks like.

Let’s be clear: masculinity is not toxic. What’s toxic is the absence of values. When men lack accountability, mission, and maturity — families crumble, communities weaken, and potential dies on the vine.

Real masculinity isn’t about domination or control — it’s about responsibility. It’s courage in the face of fear, resilience when life knocks you down, and leadership that guides with honor and integrity.

When men embrace these principles, they become unstoppable. They build stable homes, earn trust, and command respect — without ever demanding it.

This isn’t about turning men into something new. It’s about calling men back to who they were always meant to be. Because when men rise, families heal. Communities grow stronger. And the world changes for the better.

At SelfTransformation369, we believe: “All that you have inside of you – Is all you need.” The time to reclaim manhood is now.

Real Coaches. Real Growth. Real Results.

Certified Self-Transformation Coach | Founder of SelfTransformation369, LLC

Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, I’ve lived the transformation I now teach.
At 22, my life hit bottom—addiction, homelessness, and despair. But that was more than three decades ago. Since then, I’ve rebuilt every part of my life through faith, discipline, and relentless personal growth.

Now at 58, I’ve been clean and purposeful for over thirty years. I’ve earned a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Management from DePaul University and pursued an M.S. in Marketing at the Illinois Institute of Technology—while working full-time and rebuilding from nothing.

Those years shaped the foundation of SelfTransformation369, a life-coaching practice built to help men unlock what’s already inside them: strength, clarity, and leadership.
