By participating in any coaching program, consultation, or service offered by SelfTransformation369, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation
You acknowledge that your participation in coaching sessions is entirely voluntary and you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

2. Not a Substitute for Therapy
You understand that coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health care. If you need such support, please consult a licensed professional.

3. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential except in situations where disclosure is required by law.

4. No Guarantees
You understand that results are not guaranteed and your success depends on your own efforts, motivation, and application of the coaching principles.

5. Liability Waiver
You release and discharge SelfTransformation369, LLC and Steven L. Smith from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your participation.

6. Consent
By scheduling and participating in coaching sessions, you consent to these terms.
